Lorraine Margaret Kalleberg, 84, passed away on June 8. Lorraine was born on February 16, 1942, in Brooklyn NY, to Geraldine and Edwin Rasmussen. She married Kurt Lloyd Kalleberg in 1961 in Brooklyn NY, where they had two sons and a daughter before moving to Staten Island then settling on Long Island. Lorraine is survived by her loving & devoted husband Lloyd, their children Garrett & his wife Elisabeth Steiner-Kalleberg, Bryan, and Kim & her husband Scott Biederman, and her three adored grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, and Grant Biederman. She will be remembered for her boundless love, her generosity, her faith, her biting wit, and for her strength and endurance.
Remembering how much fun we had making this group portrait on Christmas just a few years ago. Happy Mother’s Day Mom!
